It's a handlebar
What more can be said? It's not flimsy, but sturdy. It's exactly as described. Fit my old "cruiser" with "quill" stem perfectly. Older, standard handle grips fit on it too, or you should order some new ones for it. Price is right. Pleased with the purchase.
