This is a great cable to connect from a standard XLR mic to any 3.5mm device. PERFORMANCE I need a good XLR cable to run from my Shure XM58 mic to my Sony RX10ii video camera. I got tired of adapters and fat XLR cables when I simply needed an XLR to 3.5mm solution. This worked well with my dynamic mic, had not hum or noise, and the audio was sent to both the left and right channels. It just worked great. BUILD QUALITY The XLR plug is very solid and no hum or noise coupled to the audio when I touched the XLR plug so it must have been properly isolated from the signal lines. The 3.5mm plug fit tight into the camera and did not create any scratchy noises when rotating it so the electrical connection was solid and reliable. SUMMARY Just a simple but great product for connecting dynamic mics to recorders and cameras, well made and reliable.Read full review

This is not the high end brand. I used this cable a few times and I report no problems. 15 feet is quite long for me. This is good product for your buck.
