14 pound terrier didnt even notice highest setting
Probably great for some dogs. Our 14 pound terrier didn't care that it was on full strength at all. It didn't take any attention away from him starting and yipping at the cat. He was on leash. Wanted to use this to get his attention. Didn't work at all.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very good quality, and what I expect from this company.
HOWEVER... I can only recommend it if you have a super sensitive dog. I used to have a couple of these collars that work like no brand inexpensive that I got on eBay. I can no longer find those callers unfortunately. They were vibrate only and had tremendously strong vibration that really got my dog's attention. This collar on the very highest vibration level is probably half the vibration level of the cheap colors I used to have. That is very disappointing. So I now have a very high quality, well built collar, with a terribly soft vibration that probably, had my 15lb doxy mix not already had previous training with the cheap collar with great vibration level, there's no way he would respond to this one at all. I am not 100% sure he will not eventually stop respond to it all together after a couple more uses. It is very clearly a different, and less immediate response to this vibration which I think he barley noticed on the very highest level. :( If I didn't think it would be a pain, I would send it back.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
