Works Great if you follow directions!
If you read the manual first and adjust the tips as the instructions say...you won't have any problems. Its heavy so you'll need to mount it on a table for precise welds. I'm building a stand with foot pedal and trigger. Love it! Am buying a second one for a spare. It also comes with an extra set of welding tips. Great spot welder
I had a Harbor Freight spot welder which is very similar. It stopped correctly spot welding after around 2 or 3 hundred spot welds. This item works better and looks to be of a slightly better quality that the HF one. I expect it to last for many more welds.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
