Just what i needed
Exactly what I needed. This comes with two pads and the facing Velcro that adheres to the metal plates that are part of the aerobars. I replaced my old pads and matching Velcro in just a few minutes and now my set up is as good as new.

Upgrade to these armrest pads!
I purchased these armrest pads as a replacement. These are actually an upgrade! The previous pads had velcro straps to hold them in place and they didn't work very well, resulting in the pads shifting position under my forearms when resting on them. These pads come with and adhesive backed hook side that you put directly on the armrest. The armrest pads have the loop side and velcro directly to the armrest. They are much more stable and do not shift position at all.

I was skeptical about the new design where I clean my arm rests and apply a velcro pad to it and then stick the elbow pad to it, but it seems to work very well after 100 or so miles of using them, they nave not seemed to shift or anything

Why beat your arms up with exhausted pads?
These F19 pads were a perfect replacement for the nominally F22 pads on my T1+ bars. They appear identical to the F19s I bought (at a higher price) direct from Profile, and they held up nicely on a 4500+-mile cross-USA ride that I just completed.
