Nice ferris wheel in HO scale
Nice little accessory, even though it is older the molds were well done and the product works as specified. If you animate it just take your time building it. If you rush, you might get the main wheel lopsided and the animation won't work correctly. Be patient. I'd avoid painting it since there are several joints that do best without any paint. Add some 1:100 or HO scale 1:87 sitting figures to the model for more realism.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Don't bother trying to motorize it
The Ferris wheel looks good but it is very hard to motorize. My intention from the start was to install the recommended motor but I found it very noisy and hit or miss if it would stay lined up to mesh the gears. Good looking item but question quality of certain parts
The item looks great. However, after glueing and assembling, the motor does not work! Works freely when not installed but after placing motor in box, the worm gears do not allow the motor shaft to turn.
