Condor tactical vertical shoulder holster a solid buy
Condor's nylon/PVC tactical vertical shoulder holster (olive drab green), at less than $25, is a very good buy for anything less than a full-blown, leather-constructed product of the same type. The shoulder padding is just fine, both the "gun bay" and magazine pouches are length-adjustable, and this product will accommodate a large pistol (as in a Hi-Point .45 JHP).
The "gun pouch," if you will, is as adjustable as the UTG (Leapers) "LE Grade" model, but, like the Leapers model, the Condor has rugged plastic (PVC) break-away buckles and a Velcro loop at the bottom of each side, to strap down (around) to a belt or onto a separate chest or back harness of some type. (These, along with the adjustable buckles, allow for additional, adequate security to the wearer.) Furthermore, the mag pouches are spacious, swallowing a Hi-Point .45 JHP mag each.
Overall, the Condor model seems a bit less rigid, but possibly at the price of greater durability--possibly. The retention strap, button/snap-based, works well. But as with the UTG "LE Grade" model, it, like most other such holsters of its type and grade, does not have any type of inherent chest or back strap to help offset the inevitable "jostle" factor in heavy field use.
But, again, it's priced right, is highly functional, and will serve many buyers' purposes, I think. (Unless your life depends upon being able to run and freely draw with just one hand.)
