THIS MOUNT IS THE SMOOTHEST ONE I HAVE EVER HAD ! IT REQUIRES VERY LITTLE PRESSURE TO LOCK IT ON MY RADICAL ARMS .458 SOCOM ! RELEASING IT IS JUST AS EASY AS CLAMPING IT ON ! IT IS EXTREMELY WELL MADE AND IS A GREAT VALUE - AT ABOUT HALF THE PRICE OF OTHER MOUNTS OF SIMILAR EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY ! YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG PUTTING ONE ON YOUR GO-TO WEAPON ! IT HAS NOT MOVED AT ALL,WITH AT LEAST 150 ROUNDS PUT THROUGH IT ON MY .458 , AND THAT IS SAYING SOMETHING AS MY AR IS A BEAST ! I JUST WISH THE AMMO WAS NOT SO DAMN EXPENSIVE AS THIS GUN IS A HOOT TO SHOOT ! THE AIMPOINT T-1 HAS HELD UP FINE ALSO .
