GOOD QUALITY AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE
The Leatherwood Hi-Lux rifle scope is a good quality unit that is fog proof and waterproof under harsh conditions. The side focus feature is an excellent addition. The glass is clear and the scope maintains its focus across the magnification range. I like them enough that I own four of them now. This scope is not real tough and it is not hard to knock it off it's zero so keep in mind it will not take much abuse before you have reset the zero.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

For the price of just under $100, it works great
Not exactly as good as the Bushnell AR223 4.5-18x40mm but the Bushnell is 50% more in price. The Leatherwood Hi Lux 4-16x44mm does the job for under $100 on my Custom 98 in 243. I am not sure a $400 scope would do much better with my groups under 1 inch at 100 yards. At 16x, your pushing it with the Leatherwood where as 18x on the Bushnell is very clear.
