The enclosure is so small that when you get a small ball on the end of the cone, it begins to melt against the heating element. This not only ruins the quality of the candy, but make a mess, and wastes sugar. If they were to put a larger bell around this product, it would be much better.

It waste more of the sugar than it puts out otter candy. The machine takes a long time to spin out just one Erving and waste 2/3rds of the mix to make it. Poor don't spend your money on it!!!!

This machine is fine for family use but definitely not for any type of party situation, it just doesn't make it fast enough. It does NOT make big fluffy cones in minutes. You can use regular sugar but sugar floss works better.
