I work in construction and this is a great accessory for my drill which I use every day. It does exactly what it should and works well when you can't hold a screw with a free hand. I only gave it 4 stars because it is not as tough as most Dewalt products. It'll work for a decent amount of time until the magnet either falls out or breaks. If your going to purchase one, you should do yourself a favor and get at least 1 back-up. If you don't have a back-up, you'll be missing this feature on your drill when it breaks ... and it will break !Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
