Did the job!
Works just wish had came with wire tie, but I had some home wire that had solid copper ground in it that I stripped and cut to length to wrap around each end, I used this along with exhaust putty to help hold putty on the ends where I filled/installed with straight pipe and adapters from removing cats, because clamping alone had leaks, also used fiber glass pipe wrap over all that, all had a burning smell for about a week till it all settled, not to horrible, but it sounds good now and has been holding up now for about 3 month now.

These didn't work at all. maybe I got a poor quality old product but I definitely do not recommend it. It just thin plastic with a not very sticky adhesive at all.
