Flawed or defective
When setting this computer up for the first time it didn't complete the setup process smoothly and in the end wouldn't allow me to log in to the computer. After fighting with it for a while I reset it back to factory defaults and started over. This time was able to get to the end by making a couple different choices. But it still wouldn't connect to the internet very well. Found some errors that with the help of google I was able to repair. After getting all the errors fixed I found that with only a browser open, the processor was at 80% and the ram was about 60% used. It was running very slow. Even though I read that microsoft Edge was even faster than Chrome, it crawled. I'm guessing that it was mostly because of the low resources (which in my opinion shouldn't really be low based on the physical hardware). So...I don't know what is the matter with this laptop...I'm beginning to think I shouldn't have bought it used...but it technically is still under warranty. Defective keyboard lock up and connection issues
keyboard died within a month constant connection issues and locks up sometimes for no reason, when it is working it seems aufuly slow for 6 gigs of ram and the processor it has, I would truly look elsware for a laptop and consider another brand, also a heads up contacted Blinq the ebayer selling this about my issues and absolutely no reponse.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

slow and crashes a lot ... etc.
Bought this dell as a fixer upper but after repairing it, it's functions get limited. Crashes often & gets slow at times even with 8 gigs of ram which I gave it. Also, now the keyboard has stopped working, so I have to use the on screen keyboard for everything, slow & frustrating! Also, the trackpad acts up from time to time. I honestly don't know if it's worth poring more $$ into this laptop. I don't recommend it. The only nice thing so far is the sound quality of the speakers for a laptop. My advice is get a HP instead.
