The Minion DHR II is a complete redesign. Acceleration, cornering and braking have all been improved. The shoulder knobs were borrowed from the legendary Minion DHF and then beefed up to handle duty as a rear tire.

Great tire for loose trails
I am a big guy: 6'1" and 225 lb. I am hard on tires. These set up easily. Tubeless setup was smooth. They have great grip and I think will wear well (I just have a few rides on them but loving it so far). Previously used kenda Nevgal's (good), Rocket Ron's (not rugged enough for me), kenda Honey Badger's (not good in wet conditions), Bontrager's (did not last long).
