Why buy Lee?Great value at a great price
I have purchased and used Lee loading dies for at least 30 years. I continued to use Lee because they have always been good quality, and usually a better price than many other major brands. This particular set is no exception. I have already used it and like all my other Lee die sets, it performs well, is a good quality set, has easy to understand instructions, and was a very competitive price. I always recommend Lee dies and other loading products.

Premium Reloading Dies from Lee
You can pay more for other dies, but if you pay careful attention to your reloading operations, Lee dies will deliver excellent results. I bought these to reload 40 s&w for a new CZ 75 B. I loaded up 200 rounds, shot them today and they performed flawlessly. With the carbide sizing die, you don't have to use messy bullet lube. This kit includes the Lee Factory Crimp die, and if you run your reloads through it, they will all chamber just like new ammunition. I am a huge fan of Lee precision products.! Oh, you can also load for 10mm Auto with this same set.

Lee 40sw 4 die set
I bought the Lee 40sw 4 die set. I do like it fairly well. I went through and cleaned every die with alcohol to rid of any foreign particles or machining debris that may have been left over. The only issue I had was with the crimp die. The shell case was catching next to the mouth of the die and I was seeing tiny markings on the brass. However after I had run 60 or so rounds through it the issue I had was getting less and less. I think it was probably burred up some and just needed wore down or I could have polished it with a dremel. Could have just been my set, idk though. Either way everything is in order and works great. I have to admit the Lee dies are a great value and do recommend. : )

As everyone is price gouging anything gun-related I did pay way more than even MSRP from Lee Precision sells it for. But, these are the times... I am new to reloading but the Lee Precision brand is quality. Comes with everything you need for reloading .40 cal.

Sweet deal
Dont know how often you find these two items together but the price was awesome it was like buying one and getting the other free. Now to each item the dies are excellent and are actually my favorite brand. They were brand new as was the primer. These work safety primers work very well. I was a bit hesitant when I got my first set with the challenger press but they worked so well I wanted a second set so one was just for pistol the other set just for rifle since I use only one type of primer for everything I load so if the small pistol set has primers in it I dont have to throw them away being unsure if they were small rifle.
