    Great for my home projects

I'm not a pro carpenter but I do a lot of work on my home I did not have a need to buy a compressor and go that route for a nail gun. After reading the reveiws for this nailer I did have some worries it would'nt be pwerful enought but has proved to be more than enought for the trim work in four rooms I have renovated so far. I am extremely happy with this product and recommend it for a serious handyman.

Good for picture frames and softwoods

This electric brad gun works well in softwood (and soft hardwoods like basswood, baltic birch and poplar). Of course it will not drive brads fully into hardwoods, which include oak, birch, cherry, and such. I use an air gun for that. My score on quality is that it is good quality for the price.

  • It does the job just fine.

It is bigger and heftier than the one I bought 10 years ago, though I thought I was buying the same one again, but this new one seems to be stronger. In any case, it does the job just fine.

  • Does not meet requirements

This nailer will not set a 1", 18 gauge brad on the highest "+" setting even though it is rated to use up to 1 1/4" brads.

  • great tool, vs. a compressor

For what I need, it's better than running a compressor

  • Powerful for an electric brad nailer. To...

Powerful for an electric brad nailer. Tool is able to drive a 1-1/4 Brad into maple and birch plywood. Pine is almost too soft for this gun.
