Works well
Does what it's supposed to do, which is provide some extra support and warmth to a weak joint. Prevents that feeling of the hip slipping out of joint. I use it when lifting weights (squats), but I'm not sure how it would work on more intense, long-term activities like running. Hint: unlike in the photos, do not rely on just the velcro to fasten it the end; tuck the velcro end UNDERNEATH the last winding, and let the tension of the wrap hold it down. I would have given it an extra star if the velcro were thicker, and if the overall length were more like nine or ten feet instead of six.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Don't waste your money
I'm 6'1 slim build and it just about fits. After first time of wearing it the "vent"holes along it have started splitting. Wrapped around my thigh the ways indicated and at numerous other positions around thigh but after about 10 mins or less of wearing, it slips free as the Velcro is only at one end of the wrap.
