Unique, brilliant, strong and effective that's the Rock 360 ab and upper body worker!!!!
Wow! There are miriads of Ab rollers out there but the Rock-360 is truely unique: Its huge in-person, very well made (the guy demonstrating it on the intro DVD weighed 320lbs or 22 st !!!). On the bog-standard Ab roller, you can do about 6 to 10 exercises. With the Rock-360 I made up about 25 different exercises which are in addtion to the 100 plus exercises you get on the 11 DVDs and Wall Chart: so there is no getting bored with the same old routine with this unique device. I've been using it for about a few days and I've had to give it a rest as my lower abs are really feeling the burn - great stuff. This is a unique and brilliant device and Tommy Saunders has put his heart and sould into every aspect of it - well done my friend and thank you for all the pain and challenges you've overcome to give professional athletes and weekend warriors one last dance! I never tried Ab trainer before and I thought I may not like it. But, actually I am addicted to it. The DVD's are made for biginners, intermediate and advanced and you just know where you are based on the exercise. It does not scratch the floor and does not take much space.
