Wow!
First, I have to say this stuff tastes like it looks: Dirty Greenish.Not my favorite flavor.HOWEVER...the effects on the mind and body are so awesome that I will happily continue drinking this everyday for the rest of my life! I have had 17 orthopedic surgeons after a skydiving accident, also was diagnosed several Years ago with hep C & lupus. This stuff gives me so much energy! I am used to taking a long nap after lunch,(4 hrs), then sleeping another 10 at night. I have not needed more than a 20 minute rest since starting this, but my sleep is uninterrupted. I just feel better! I tried disguising it in a smoothie, but it ruined it, so now I just mix a heaping tspn with water, a stevia pack, & a squirt of lemon . I toss it down, and it's not so bad. Not good, but not horrible!!!
I didn't like the taste, but its not horrible. The texture is not horribly gritty, I put it in juice to drink I personally don't like this drink because it causes me to crash. I didn't purchase this for energy I purchased it to actually get the servings of greens I need. With that being said, I have never even tried a green drink before so I didn't know what to expect. I personally didn't like the drink because I have energy and I tend to be over excessive with my workouts as it is. With this drink I would say it gives me an extra kick and I'm not aware until the end of the day and I am so exhausted. So I stop taking it I only used it for about 2 weeks, now I'm not crashing anymore at the end of the day. I work out everyday so I don't know if it would cause me to crash if I didn't workout. So if you are looking for energy I would recommend it, but I guess everyone today is!! Hope this help someone I try to cover all basis, because I base some of my decisions on reviews. Actually, I am a "newbie" with the GREEN SUPERFOOD.( but I have used it for 1 year) my niece got me to try some green glub that to my dismay, was so different and tasted not just plain horrid, but GOOD, , now I drink it EVERY MORNING without fail. I do believe that it aids with regularity, it certainly helps ME! And I all around just feel better, anything that does that...buy it!!! I'll be 69 next week!
