Since I have a health issue that I must take 1000mg or more of calcium every day. I tried a lot of different hard pills with D-3 added and I have found that it doesn't take as much time for the soft gels to be absorbed into the system. Without the D-3 already in the soft gel it works a lot faster. These Puritan soft gels are the best for my particular problem. The price is reasonable and the delivery was fast too.
