Worked just like it should.
I needed a 1/4 NPT extractor to remove a broken oil drain extension from a compressor. So I bought a Husky branded set from Home Depot for about $14; it didn't work at all. Rigid Pipe Extractor
The Rigid pipe extractor was the only product that removed a broken brass pipe from my Miller plasma cutter, saving me over $200.00. My only recourse if I couldnt remove it was to replace the air inlet system, which only comes as a complete unit. I tried two other broken pipe removers to get the broken piece out; even tried a mini chisel with no success. I did expend $50 in trying other extractors, so the Rigid pipe extractor was my last resort before I was going to cut it off with a Dremel tool. I highly recommend this product for extracting broken pipes. It worked with ease!!!

I was rebuilding a 1954 Quincy 320 two stage air compressor that had a broken pipe in the head. The extractor saved me time and money by not having to remove the head and taken to a machine shop to have the piece of pipe removed.
