This is one of the most useful pedals I’ve ever tried. It makes all my amps sound better, makes my playing feel more “pro” in my volume-limited living room. It really turns my guitar volume into a gain control, going from deep drive to clean without touching anything else. Makes both chords and single note lines sound better. Unbelievable!

With all the great reviews I had high hopes for this pedal , as a boost into a cranked low watt Marshall Origin .The range knob adds low end back to taste , the gain adds a nice subtle layer of smooth distortion , the amount of output level is only mediocre ,but , I found it actually throws a full veil over the high frequency presence of the guitar , multiple tests with different drive pedal comparisons and configurations and guitars confirmed it , it cuts the extreme high treble , it seems to come back in an unusual way with another pedal in front such as a compressor , even turned way down , but there is definitely something goofy going on with the input impedance , manufacture recommends this pedal first in line also ? If your one that's into rolling the tone knob down in humbucker guitars you may like it , but for me if want mud Ill turn the presence on the amp down ,or go outside with a shovel after a rain , very disappointing , for me at least .I'm going back to a Tube screamer type with a bass knob or a clean boost with an active eq . First pedal I ever sent back , and I've gone through more than a few .. Read full review

I bought a used one and returned it because it made a loud popping sound when I hit the pedal. It sounded fine after the pop, but I can't use it in a live environment. If it didn't make the pop (maybe the one I received was defective) it would be a great pedal. The sound and ability to adjust the sounds was great. The popping sound on activation was the deal breaker!

This is the fourth treblebooster that's a keeper in my collection, and the first to use silicone as apposed to germanium transistors. The range on the controls allows you to find the all important sweet spot on your amp ,that for newcomers to this type of pedal could be helpful. However, there is a musicality to germanium pedals and a Naga Viper option of germanium would be an option I would jump at. However, with all controls maxed with treble maxed and bass at minimum through my Vox AC30 I can approach a sound that Brian May would probably recognise

Fantastic and versatile treble booster...sounds fantastic pushing an overdriving amp or a gain pedal/amp-in-a-box on low to medium gain...bonus - it uses a silicon transistor,so it won't go berserk in hot temperatures like a germanium transistor model...put it 1st in your chain and do NOT put it into a totally clean amp lol
