I can't live without a projection clock
This is the second La Crosse projection clock I've owned, my first one lasted 10 yrs. pros- backlit display is easy to read day or night, since it includes a room temp display it's a added bonus and easy to see from across my room. Cons- this model has a much bigger footprint compared to my last La Crosse, of course the larger display screen makes up for the extra room it take up on my table. If you have a small area for a clock this might be a bit too big. This is better then the atomic clock I had before that feature never worked right for me but my new clock did have have a distorted projection display when I had it facing the wall. On the ceiling it's fine but on the wall it just wasn't clear. Overall I'd say when my first clock stopped working about a week ago I wasn't going to risk buying some cheap clock that might not work like a La Crosse. I didn't realize the new clock had a better display then my last one and the temp display inside is a big help since the temps are over 100 outside this week. I can glance at the clock and know if it's actually getting hot instead of playing with my thermostat.Read full review

The clock is nice but the Projection is SMALL...I can't get the projection above 1 inch numbers but the clock itself has between 3 and 4 in numbers.

Love the time on the ceiling
I had one of these for 10 years and some of the buttons finally quit working. I looked for, and found, another LaCrosse and I am happy with it. I don't have a clock by my bedside because of the light one produces. Showing the time on the ceiling is perfect and I use my phone when I need an alarm. The time numbers are small enough that only one area is lit, but big enough to see from anywhere in the room. The quality of the LaCrosse is great.

It was quite reasonably priced, and have the combination of features that I needed. In my opinion the only drawback is that the projection only works well at a certain distance and at a certain angle.
