"The Perfect Product"
Because I am OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), this product allows me to keep my ammo stacked neatly and safely. These plastic ammo container are a perfect fit for my OD green ammunition cans. I am able to stack twenty of them in my cans neatly and ready for the firing range. The plastic is a hard durable plastic that will not easily be cracked or split. Having these ammo boxes save me time and confusion when I'm at the range. By having my different ammo in a particular color and labeled on the box is very useful, saves time, and prevents picking up the wrong ammunition. I love that the boxes have lids and snap close. Unlike some boxes of ammo bought at your local gun store that come in a container with in their individual slot, they have no top, only the box. Sometimes when purchasing ammo it is just loose in the box and this drives me crazy. These ammo boxes allow me some form of organization as well as safety. The blue ammo boxes I bought is labeled for two different types of ammunition. Depending on which ammo I'm using, I place black tape over the ammo name that is not used, therefore leaving the ammo name used, exposed. Great Ammo Boxes For The Price.
These are great ammo boxes for 50 rds. I reload a lot of different rounds and I use a lot of different types of these boxes. I have a large amount of them and I have never had any brake at the hinge or discoloration. You can order different colors for different rds. I use the blue for 9mm and clear for 380. I reload for other people and I use these boxes for the loads, so when they bring back the cases. I can reuse the boxes over and over and this keeps the cost down on the reloads. If you want to get organized, this is it!
All of the boxes I received are sturdy and have no issues staying closed when loaded up with 50 rounds. I'm not really concerned if it will keep water out since I store in water-proof ammo cans It's a great way to keep everything organized especially if you reload and like to run different weights and powder loads. My only minor gripe would be I wish it had some type of sleeve on top so I could label the size, weight, powder, and date manufactured but that's an easy fix I could do on my own.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

great value they work great for me
I read reviews where people complained that the rounds go in primer side down. I like seeing the type of round (FMJ, JHP, soft point, etc) is in the box thru the cover without turning the box upside down. To load mags I just cover all but 3 rows with my fingers and dump 15 rounds into the cover by tipping the box and letting them fall into the lid. Good quality but not deep enough for shell casing
I will use the ones I purchased however the casings must be stored face up as opposed to face down when purchased in store. It protects the primer from being exposed so this may be the reason for the design.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
