    Shawns opinion

These pellets are fast and loud, and pack a punch! They're not accurate enough for target shooting, and too loud for hunting, but fun to shoot! Some are fatter than others and don't fit in gun quite right! And every so often you'll get one too small that slides right through the barrel of my Umarex surgemax elite! But if you're wanting the intimidation factor, these will do very well! They're fairly accurate with decent grouping till around 35-40 yards. Don't get me wrong, they're a great product,a little costly, but still a great product! The best of all lead free light weight ammo I've tried! Some are louder, but less accurate, some quite the opposite! If you want consistent bulls eyes the heavier grain lead pellets are in my opinion you're best bet! But every gun shoots different and favors a particular type of ammo. All you can do is experiment! Sincerely, Shawn Freeman

    Not recommended

I have been using lead pellets in my Ruger Blackhawk rifle. When I tried using Gamo Raptor pellets, I found they shot three inches higher than the lead pellets at 25 yards. I shot less than 20, and found 7 that wouldn't fit in the chamber, and 1 that was bent out of shape. Was just a bad batch? I don't know. Conclusion: They are not worth the premium price.

  • Great pellets

This is the only brand of pellets I use. They have preformed well. Great product for high powered pellet rifles. A must have.

  • Nice

All around good..they're very light, in order to warrant the faster f.p.s...so if your scope is zeroed to shoot any pellets say.....6 grain or heavier you'll have to re zero your scope, these are nice tho. :-)

  • TDC Every Time.

Hello Everyone, Excited to get back to shooting. These golden pellets group tight & are accurate on a nickel at 50 yards. Shoot a Benjamin Titan 1250 fps. Sighted in on a box with 1" measurement marks surrounding the center mark. Closer to the center at 40 yards. Shot at 50 yards and tdc every time. Have a pillow underneath for smooth trigger pulls. Losened the screw for a lighter trigger pull. Feels like 6-7 lbs. and doesn't pull down as much after loosening the pull. Each shot using the gold layered pellets are tdc every time. Love these pellets and you will too. Get some and your accuracy will also be tdc every time.

  • Go for the gold!

Best accuracy I have with all my gamo pellets. They sound like a 22 cal when shooting. They have a nice sound and they are super accurate from a distance. I'm using a gamo 1250 varmint hunter .177 cal rifle. They have a slight drop beyond 50 feet but if your sighted in good you'll do great.

  • Great accuracy ,power and no harmful lead

These are the best Ive used from several brands, they are very accurate , have no toxic lead that can be dangerous if used a lot . They also go faster hit harder and not that noisy, have made several orders and I highly recommend these.

  • Raptor Gold .177

After trying several "sample assortment packs" of ammo. in my Big Cat air rifle, the Raptor Gold pellets work the best. I have found that the lead based pellets tend to have distortion and quite often will not engage the firing chamber as one would term as a correct fit. You might pay a few cents more per round, but you get what you pay for in quality

  • Pricey but well worth the Money

I would just like to add to the description of these fine pellets that being of high quality they are plated with 18 Karat GOLD for corrosion resistance. WOW----Great but Pricey.

  • Gammo raptor

These are a good grade of pellet, fairly accurate, & clean fireing, with very good penetration, but they are a bit pricey, can usally be found for sale. The dont quite match the platinum version for speed, but shoot very well in my gammo whisper shadow. Yes, i would recommend.
