Agressive adhesive
I used this product several years ago. The adhesive failed in some places. Now the adhesive seems to be improved, and when only lightly pressed against a clean dry surface will hold very firm. Time will tell, but I believe the adhesive will last a very long time. The silicone rubber on my older product only showed slight degradation, and the Newly purchased product appears to be the same good quality, with some extra longitudinal ridges along the sealing surface, thus improving conform-ability. It compresses easily with a soft touch, and performs well on slightly irregular surfaces forming a good air tight seal. I much prefer this type of weather stripping over the (cheaper) foam products.
