Love this gate,
Perfect solution for keeping our small dogs contained in the area's we'd like for them to stay without causing any hassle to the human family members. We're able to easily step over it. It's well made, a terrific little gate, well thought out, love the doggee pass through door which is easily opened and closed. We have a 27 lb Pekingese as well as a 15lb Shitzu, both are able to fit through the door easily.

Super Short Gate for Little Dogs
I was having trouble getting my legs/feet up high enough to clear the normal 24" puppy gate and managed to kick the gate in my haste to go down the hallway one evening. The kick landed me on top of the gate, on the floor, with my knee taking the brunt of the impact. Enough, my husband says, find a shorter gate. And I did--these short gates are super. They keep the little dogs back where they belong and normally I can step over without problem. The cats can jump over or step through, depending. The gate-within-a-gate for the walk-through for the dogs is a great idea because sometimes we want the dogs to pass through. I have three of these gates so far--all in different locations in the house. The only problem I have had so far is the little latch for the dog's pass-through is pretty funky and doesn't last long. One of the gates is now equipped with bungie cords to keep the pass-through portion of the gate closed. I highly recommend these gates and the price is decent also.Read full review

Great gate for little dogs!
This gate is around 18 inches high, which is perfect for smaller breeds. Chihuahuas, doxies, pugs, etc. If you have a high jumper they could maybe clear it but since the gate has bars & not a grid design it is hard for them to get a foothold to climb over. The bar spacing has a 2 inch gap so it will prevent most dogs from squeezing through. There's a little door you can open to let them through if you need to as well! It is SO much easier to step over than a tall gate & it looks nicer than most plastic gates. Love it!

One drawback
The gate is well made, but only adjusts to full inches. My door opening needs a half inch adjustment, so it's impossible to get it tight. However, the place I have it is arranged so I can prop it up so it's still usable. My old dog does not try to move it or climb it, but a more active animal could easily move it the way I'm having to use it. If your opening is full inches, it should work well.

Puppy gate
I use this gate to keep my puppy from roaming upstairs. It’s short enough to step over but tall enough to discourage my puppy from trying to climb over. Very easy to use and light weight. Made out of durable metal. Would definitely recommend
