OEM? Maybe, but certainly not made like the original. It did fix my leak, though.
I was surprised to see an o-ring in this, instead of a flat washer/seal that my original Weedeater cap had. I tried using a green NBR o-ring which is pretty much the same size as the one in this replacement cap, but my cap was still leaking. I don't think it was leaking past the o-ring, so evidently the check valve was leaky, even though it looked like it was closing properly and was still pliable. In any case, this replacement cap fixed my leak, so I can't slam it too much. But, I do wish it had come with the original style seal. Maybe I'll get lucky and the o-ring on this one won't be a problem.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
