    My “Go To” batting

    This batting is a joy to work with. It is needle punched, which is a process similar to needle felting, which makes it very stable. It doesn’t stretch, and it wears well. It doesn’t have the loft of polyester, but it makes wonderfully warm and supple quilts. It is easier to machine quilt, as it doesn’t bunch up. It is very expensive if you buy it in a fabric store, but it is a good price here, so I always buy it online.

    MY FIRST CHOICE

    I have tried other (cheaper) battings and end up regretting my choice. This batting is easy to work with and always turns out the way I intended. I quit using a sewing machine and it is important that the batting not bunch-up and mess up my project. It also makes a very WARM quilt. Donna W.
