very poor quality
I ordered these sidewalks for the 12x12Caravan Canopy but they only covered 3 sides and Velcro straps didn't line up with the legs. I couldn't measure but they must have been for a smaller canopy. Had to use them anyway with a tarp covering the 4th side, and tried to make the best of it. The next time we'll have to check the fit before going to setup for the festival .

It will Keep you dry and zippers are better than I thought they might be. For the price , material is thin more like a shower curtain but for the price it’s ok

Not the size advertised!
It was advertised as a 12'x12' canopy enclosure -- it's closer to a 9'. I have a 10' canopy and it should have been too big, but it's too small.
