This is the best safety gas can I have used so far.
This Justrite 1 gallon 7210120 type II safety gas can is the best safety gas can I have used so far. I like the flexible spout and the fact that it is very hard to tip over. Just all around better than the non safety plastic ones. While it cost 2 to 3 times what a non safety plastic can costs, it handles direct sun, does not tip over, is highly puncture resistant, and has a flame arrestor. The pouring mechanism is sturdy, pours quickly, and is very easy to use without all of the finicky fiddly bits that constrict the flow and are difficult to use. I also have the same justrite 5 gallon cans in red for gas and yellow for diesel. One of the best investments I have made.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I have a five gallon class one and this one is so much easier to use with the built in nozzle, this is the greatest for line trimmers and chain saw fill ups. Best gas can made!
The only gas can that is better is the old military gas cans. Own several now. Awesome, easy to use, no drip. Hands down better than any plastic cans out there. I am done continually buying those new plastic guys which only last a few months, and spill worse than any gas can i have ever owned. A must for safe storage of gasoline
I have 3 of these for gasoline and mixed oil/gas storage. Much better than the new plastic gas cans available now. You can get this can into position with the spout placed in your tank before you use the release valve to dispense the gas. This eliminates spillage. Be prepared though, the fill cap has a very strong spring that keeps the can sealed. It can almost be a 3 handed job to fill the can. The best fuel can I have ever owned in my entire life, and I am 56. It is so nice not to have to turn the fuel can upside down to fill in the lawn mower, and the handle and valve works perfect, no overfilling. The spring for the lid is a bit strong when filling the can. In the old days when the sprout on the gas station did not have this stupid lid with a switch in, it would have been fine, but now it is a little odd to fill.
