Great buy, great price!
This is the first time using this product. A few of the batteries were put into outdoor solar lights and the rest into battery operated window candles. Everything is still as bright as day one and hasn't needed recharging yet. The window candles stay on 8 hours per day. The shipment arrived earlier than expected (great!) I only rated a 4 because it's too soon to know the overall performance at this point. If they end up as good as I think, I will re evaluate with a 5.

A good general purpose battery.
I have used rechargeable batteries my entire life. Nicd batteries work well in devices that are used on a constant basis. In fact the more you use them, the better they work over their lifetime. If you let them completely discharge before recharging them, they really do well. This brand seems to be of good quality. I ordered another package to stock up for a few years.
