Good power, but unfortunately it takes AAA batteries and I use it daily for many hours. I tried another product from Healthmate that was rechargeable, but it had no power and I had to return it. This unit is an older unit, but I would buy it again. Also, it is large and a bit difficult to carry as the belt hook is plastic and short.
