Although we've only used it once since buying, we have found it to be a very nice mat for outside the camper. Less dirt and grass got tracked in with the mat in place. The mat is good quality and I like the storage bag. It does not however have stakes to hold it down. Even without the stakes it is a good purchase. It has the corner holders for the stakes.
