I play the yellow Q-Star ball, an excellent performer. I've played golf for 40 years now, played about everything out there and never really found one I liked enough to consistently stick with until now. I bought some 5A mixed yellow balls on Ebay a year or so ago, about 40 IIRC. They were a varied lot but there were about 10 Q-stars. The Q-Stars were the best performers, good feel and distance that is probably 20 yards more than the Nikes, Noodles, and others I had. I'm 69 going on 70 so my best days for hitting big are in the past....until I found that driving a Q-Star gave me superior distance. They have great distance but they also have a good feel, not like hitting rocks the way some of the other balls (which shall remain nameless) feel. I always had a problem with expensive balls like Titleists: all I could ever see was $4 when I looked at one and it affected my swing negatively, but the Q-Star is a medium priced ball with fabulous performance and I can swing freely. I only wish I'd had this ball some years back, but such is hindsight.Read full review

I have been playing the Q Star for a few years now. Overall I appreciate (and enjoy) the soft feel, the explosive distance I get off the tee, the reasonably straight yet workable flight, the great spin on approach shots, chips and pitches, and the true roll when I putt. The Q Star is surprisingly durable and the optic yellow is always easy to spot regardless of the season. The bottom line for me is that dollar-for-dollar, the Srixon Q Star is a high quality, well made golf ball and there are never bad surprises - round after round.

A great golf ball maker with a wide variety of balls at reasonable prices. You may be paying too much at $4.00 per ball if you are playing the leading seller. Step out and try the Srixon golf ball and save strokes and money too!

The ball feel great of the club and has some spin. Same feel almost as the Z-star but with less spin.

This is an exceptional price for this golf ball. Good feel, not soft or hard and seems to roll out farther than other balls. Holds greens without excessive spin. Cover wears well.
