Love It ... No longer wasting coffee
With a regular coffee pot we were either wasting leftover coffee or not making a pot for just a cup or two. Now we can make just what we want when we want it. We like using the refillable KCups (the good plastic & metal ones) using our Dunkin' Donuts giant bags from Sams. Saves lots of money ... don't mind cleaning & refilling to get what we want. Love my first iCoffee, but this one would not work
This was the second iCoffee I've owned. I absolutely love the first and wanted a second for the basement bar area. However, this new one was dead in the box. Way better than Keurig
I bought the iCoffee brewer for our winter home in FL at the recommendation of the sales person at Bed, Bath & Beyond. I was amazed at how much better the coffee tastes compared to the coffee from the Keurig brewer I have in our summer home. And the 75-oz. reservoir means I'm not having to fuss with refilling it so often. I love that I can choose exactly how much to brew from 4 oz. all the way to 12 oz. The only downside to this machine is that it does not have auto-off feature. Great Coffee; elegant design Very Happy!!
I truly enjoy the coffee from this iCoffee maker. It is easy to use, brews excellent coffee quickly and makes just the right amount so there is no waste. Other batch coffee makers have proven wasteful, because two or three people have trouble drinking 8-12 cups. The single cup brewing device allows me to grind a very small amount of quality beans, so I get the flavor and aroma I am looking for without having to discard unused grounds or coffee. surprise that this came from Best Buy. Delivery was faster than promised. Coffee is great tasting love the led lights as it brews. Futurist looking with the steam bellowing around the cup and lights. The best single serve coffee brewer
I've had several of the "K" brand single serve coffee brewers and those are adequate. But this iCoffee Mozart actually makes coffee taste better. Never bitter, heats quickly so you don't really need to leave it on all day long. It's adjustable in ½ cup increments from 4.0 to 12.0. If you want stronger coffee, use less water. Because this brewer actually spins the top "needle" with steam every single ground gets used as opposed to the "other" product. I had to adjust the grind to just above Medium to make it brew the way I like it best. Customer service actually responds to question by email very quickly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Omg I love, love, love it!!!

Love my iCoffee - here's a trick to get it to work out of the box
This is my second iCoffee and I love it. However, like a few other reviewers noted, it didn't work just out of the box. The machine lit up, but no water was fed from the reservoir into the machine. Suspecting an air bubble was causing the problem, I lifted the filled reservoir up about an inch and then set it back down, resulting in a bubble of air coming through the water. I repeated this maneuver at least 20 times, then wonder of wonders, water began to flow into the system!
