On the V-Strom 650, as with many other motorcycles, one mirror (in my case, the left side mirror) is a bit shorter than the right. This helped even things up, is a solid piece, and I anticipate many miles of use. It is M10x1.25mm thread on both the female and male thread parts. Great price too.

Changed handle bars and needed mirrors to be higher. These worked perfectly.
