I've had larger ones(1000W +) and this is best size---700 watts, the bigger units(doesn't matter what brand--sony, Ge Hitachi---don't last any longer and cost way more.So unless you cook lots of large meals for large family, one is better off getting one like this 700 watt unit. Also, if you have stuff like a Computer--tv on same circuit, a larger 1000W+ unit will overload a normal 15-20 amp circuit when it's loaded with larger microwave unit. mike halahan---Los Angeles.

Came in what is quite possibly the sketchiest box possible. The box was clearly years old, had tape all around it, and had several holes. Very clearly used, but whatever. Then I bring it out and plug it in. Looks nice, perfectly clean. Used it once for about 2 minutes at that point (single hot pocket). Then I noticed afterwards that there's a pretty decent sized dent in the side of the microwave. Annoying, but whatever, not gonna try to fight the seller or anything. Finally sat down with my food, and bit into it only to realize its still not too warm on the outside, and borderline frozen on the inside still. Thing hardly even microwaves unless you leave stuff in for double the time you're supposed to. don't buy this product. I got scammed and can't return it though.
