Perfect change!
Changed the stator in my bmw F800GS after 63000km. Much easier than expected! Since the stator is mounted inside the cover, no deep dive into the engine is necessary. Only put in a new gasket when remounting the cover. The old stator was burnt all the way around (see photo). Also changed the RR on the same time. Everything functioning perfect now!
