Right Part, Right Price & Right on Time!
This was the part I needed after watching plenty of YouTube videos to diagnose my problem. My 2004 Ford F-150 Crew Cab 4X4 would not shift from park to any gear (console shifter). After watching videos and process of elimination I determine this was the part needed. Why was this the Part-because I checked all the fuses and they were good(Always start there) then I noticed my brake lights were still working and from this I determine that it had to be the transmission shift Actuator because it has a electrical capacitor inside and when the brake is depressed a piece at the top on this electrical capacitor should go down and allow you to depress the button on the gear shift knob-it would not. This saved me anywhere from $450-$550 dollars to repair at dealership. The part arrived earlier than estimated. $155.00, a few tools and 45 minutes later Thank The LORD!
