Super Fast
Great phone. I used to have the HTC M8, and now I've upgraded to the HTC 10. I'm impressed, amazing screen resolution and it's processor is fast enough to push just about anything to the max. Great multitasking for those who use business apps. The finger print sensor is a nice addition and works very quickly. I can wake up the screen and log in almost instantly just by putting my thumb on the sensor. Since my work requires full device encryption, I got very tired of having to type in my pin every time to unlock the phone. Antutu benchmark test placed me in the top 10. Very fast and great if you use remote control apps for remote administration of servers and computers. Switching between apps is quick and seamless. Only downside: I wish they left the power button on the top instead of the side. It's now under the volume buttons. Seeing as I no longer use it with the fingerprint sensor for waking the phone up, I'd rather it be out of the way. Not a big deal though.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Happy with phone
This was the first time I purchased a used unlocked phone and I am more satisfied than I expected. I did a lot of research on this particular phone to make sure it was the one I wanted. The only thing that was disappointing was the battery life. Based on reviews I read about the phone I expected the battery to last a good while but it does not last a full day, but because the battery life was not my selling point this it's not a big deal to me. The phone came to me with very minor wear and tear and I was able to transfer all my information and activate the phone fairly easy. The ease and speed as well as size of the phone or is exactly what I expected and what I was looking for. I bought this phone to replace the HTC 10 that I had been using for a couple of years. It was acting up a little so I thought that it was time to replace it. I wanted the same phone with Verizon service because I didn't want to learn how to use a different one. It was suppose to have a SIM card installed but it didn't so I had to take the one from my old one and use it. Also in the setup I was confused because it asked what language I wanted. I chose English but then it asked to choose a country but United States was not an option to choose. Happy, but I have to purchase a new charger cable only for this phone
Happy with the produce per se, except that I now need a separate charging cable for this phone. All other phones my family has, Samsung, LG, HTC, could be charged with interchangeable type of cable. great phone but a few years old .was unopened new in box
phone was new in box as advertised .came with charger and cable. also a very good quality wired ear phones. it is an older andriod operating system. 8.0.. which may not be supported soon on some apps. Great smart phone
This is my 3rd HTC smart phone. Great phones, but may be my last. Since Google raided HTC employees several years ago, their phones going forward are not so good..and used mainly over seas. Feel off U.S. major carrier list of phones they carry several years ago now. Too bad because they were all very good phones, as is this one. Feels lighter and slimmer than the M9. Nice phone for the price
I like the phone, but once it gets to around 17 percent, it shut down and need to be recharged. The charger that came with the phone doesn't work good. It's a foreign plug that sticks into an American charger and when I plug it in, it makes an annoying beeping noise. I have purchased another one.
