I have had it in my shoes a couple weeks now, with no difference in foot or arch pain yet. I was hopeful for immediate change of pain level. Not happening. They do add lift to my arch area but I can't say they are working to support my arches in a way that will ease my pain. Suggestion: Try them. No cushion, makes your knees hurt!
