Step 3: Disconnect the throttle cables by turning the throttle lever on the throttle body all the way open by hand and then removing the now slackened cables from the throttle lever.

Fit and worked perfectly.
This solved several problems that happened at once. Throttle light on, ABS and no AC and no throttle. The old part, which I think was OEM had no part numbers on it. This one clearly marked. Unfortunately Chrysler uses a design that is guaranteed to fail. Don't pay more for a part full of plastic gears. Some want 200 for it. It's easy to install too.

Fixed the problem
Car had codes of p2110, p2118, p2112, p2173, p2072. Tried cleaning old throttle body first but did not help. Order this guy, installed, and did the ETC relearn. Car is running great
