Loud at times but helpful!
Our robot "Clean Latifah" :) does such a good job. We have vinyl floors that cause our two cats' hair to collect everywhere. Having the robot run once a day has completely cleared this up. She does great on flat rugs. Does struggle on my longer sherpa-esque rug but is able to vacuum it, so be aware. She is a little loud on the vinyl, and her wheels make some rumbling noises when going across it. She is SUPER loud when self-emptying her bin- as in sounds like an airplane taking off. This lasts only ten seconds though. The mop function is fine. Not wonderful but does help a little. All in all, I would totally recommend.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Everything seems to be working fine with...
Everything seems to be working fine with the vacuum. It does a very good job but the only problem is I have places in my house that The Vacuum cannot get to so I have to pause it and carry it to another room because of the thresholds that goes into different rooms.
