I recomend these knives for two reasons....
I recomend these knives for two reasons. First, they have a very sharp edge that hold for a long time because of the German steel used in the blade. Second, The handle fits your hands very well and are made out of material that should last a long time. The short blade pairing knife is a gem. It's shorter than a steak knife, but it does the job better than a steak knife. It has a good size handle that makes up for the shorter blade.
