Wearable Arctic Air lets me take air conditioning A/C with me!
This product was new in the box. Easy to charge in a standard USB port. To adjust the speed (Hi, Lo, etc.), just click the Power On/Off button to the desired setting. Nothing negative about this product. Very nice to take A/C with me as my car's air conditioning is now working right now. I just put it around my neck and turn it on!

Noisier and Larger Than Expected
Rather bulky and cumbersome. On the high setting it often makes a loud screeching noise. On the plus side I do appreciate that it's rechargeable thus eliminating batteries. OK for wearing around the house or working in the garden or mowing the lawn. I prefer my much smaller O2COOL necklace fan to wear away from home as it is smaller, quieter, and lightweight.

Good Design, could be quieter
It is fully adjustable and has a lot of vents, thought it would be colder like the name implies (Artic air) but I use it when I go out bike riding and it does pretty good. I already have had people ask me about it, at 1st they thought they were headsets. I'm still playing with the angle around my neck.

Disappointed in this, there are better optionstions
Compared to another neck fan I bought years ago, this one is inferior and noisier, I was hoping to like this, but it was a waste of money. I would suggest a neck fan with 2 individual rotating fans that are adjustable.. you can find them on Amazon, Alibaba, etc

It only blows "cool air" if you're inside in an air Conditioned room . If you're out in the heat it just blows hot are... it's too big.. it's a horrible product... DO NOT BUY !! YOU'RE WELCOME ..

Fabulous for Hot Weather
We are in Cancun and it was perfect for dealing with the heat. The personal cooler is lightweight, the battery lasts for a long time, it was easy to carry and everyone was envious. I can't wait for it to be available in additional colors. Also, I would love to see the life of the battery on the device so that I know when it's time to recharge

very lightweight, n compatible, super easy to clean. I noticed that when ur in a cool room. u noticeably feel the cool air threw the holes. but, when it's super hott outside. it doesn't feel as cool. but keeps ur face n neck from sweating. I was wondering , how to improve gadget. get some small disposable wrapped ice packs, that u can put inside the ionic purifier, which the outside heat coming in . melts the ice packs. in evorates cooler air threw the vents of the machine
