Ms. Griffin's style and talent as a guitarist and songwriter are undoubtedly authentic and very appealing. She shares membership with cadre the likes of Rita Coolidge, Emmy Lou Harris, and of late, Jackson Browne and Marc Cohn. Very deep, personal and soulish. Like those primordial forests of her roots in Maine.
