    Just barely got this…but very pleased so far!

    Sorry but just got this and haven’t really had a chance to use it. Very satisfied so far, certainly appears to be as represented, very high quality, brand new with belt clip, torque handle and owners manual. Have basically just had a chance to plug it in and run thru the gears. Will be happy to update after I try drilling some 1/8 holes in a few of the granite boulders we have on our property. Just got my Dewalt 20V 8.0AH battery and very much looking forward to NOT having to drag a 200’ plus extension cord all over the place!

    Dewalt DCD998 Hammer Drill Monster

    Incredibly powerful hammerdrill that will drill through practically anything. Much more than I will ever need as a DYIer. Is quite a bit larger and heavier than the DCD805, especially when coupled with a larger battery, but the extra bulk helps with tougher jobs.
