Very easy to use
I have only used it once and was pleased. I also purchased the slow smoker to use with it. I am curing some bacon to slow smoke this weekend.I don’t have a internal probe and not too worried about it because I heard it isn’t that accurate and I already have a digital thermometer to use so not a problem. Went beyond 275 temperature
Instructions said you can not program temperature higher than 275 so that is what i set it on but it went all the way up to 290. Have used the smoker once since then and it kept the temperature within 10 degrees either way of the temperature that I had set. Sides of the smoker get really hot and you would get burned if you touched it for more than one second. Which means it is not insulated very well.

Only smoker you need.
This is the only smoker anyone needs. Don't have to bother with propane or charcoal. Just plug it in. I do have one problem: Now that I've had smoked salmon, I can't go back to Northern Pike.

Control panel bad
