Concern with packaging

PUMP problems
1st of all I ordered a 1 1/4 discharge pump and I ended up with a 1 1/2 discharge pump. Then after it is installed the check valve failed the next day. we had no idea this was going on. The pump heated the well water to over 100 degrees and then the thermal protection failed to shut the pump down, the pump started smoking in the well. When we pulled the pump out it was black and the shroud for the wire came apart because of the heat build up. Then when I contacted these guys they want me to take a picture of the 1 1/2 discharge size. I am still out a pump and the money. ?????????Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
